The 4 Part Healing Prayer
The most powerful healing tool I know
Prayer is a MAJOR part of my healing strategy. The prayer that I am talking about is not affiliated with any specific religion. It is essentially a series of 4 statements that I say in my mind with the proper intent. I have seen them do magic and I offer those to you now. Here is how it works.
Direct your prayer to someone or something:
God, Great Spirit, Goddess, Archangel Michael, Source, Unconditional Love, Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Your Guides, etc.State your blessing:
It is best not to ask for something specific, but rather to ask for a blessing to be placed upon whatever or whoever you are holding in mind.Give thanks for the blessing
Punctuate with a statement such as Amen, Aho, Namaste, etc.
Some Examples.
EXAMPLE 1 | I want to rebalance my heart chakra.
Great Spirit.
Bless my heart chakra.
Thank you for this blessing.
Amen.
EXAMPLE 2 | I want to bless a location (This is particularly helpful to clear out any unwanted energies before you arrive somewhere)
God.
Bless this coffee shop I am about to enter.
Thank you for this blessing.
Aho.
EXAMPLE 3 | Someone you are standing or sitting next to is making you anxious or uncomfortable and it is the kind of situation where you can’t move.
Unconditional Love.
Bless this person and any energies that may be causing my anxiety and/or discomfort.
Thank you for this blessing.
Namaste.
I say blessings all day long in my mind. Once you start going through this process it really becomes automatic. While much of the healing work I engage in involves specific techniques, I believe there is no more powerful technique than the 4 part prayer above. Anyone can learn it and apply it.
Great Spirit.
Bless everyone who reads this newsletter (and everyone who doesn’t).
Thank you for this blessing.
Amen.
P.S. I would like to add that if you have a problem with the word “prayer” you can simply call these thoughts, but if inclined, you may want to dig deeper into why the word “prayer” is problematic for you. In my experience there are 2 primary reasons for this - One, you had unhealthy religious programming as a child. Two, you likely experienced some life event or series of events which which made you stop trusting the divine. It was a betrayal by the universe of sorts. I know this very well because it happened to me at one point. So start by calling this a 4 part thought process, but consider addressing the deeper layers, because the more you trust the divine (or whatever or whoever it is that you are directing your prayer to) the more powerful this process will become.
Take care,
Steve ~
