A few people have asked me why I haven’t written a creative post in a while. Geez, I wish I had more time. I have been working on a variety of projects and trying to shoot some longer-form content. Here is a simple Qigong practice that you can follow along with. It will help harmonize the transition we are currently undergoing from Winter to Spring and also help balance the relationship between fire and water, which will be incredibly important in the coming year.
